All Abilities yoga is fun and functional! Group classes are offered at $24 for two people ages 12 and up (one child/adult and one parent/caregiver). Additional family members may attend for only $10 each. Class is appropriate for all levels with posture adaptations and variations given to assure a feeling of success. Each session utilizes the breath, yoga movement, mini-relaxation, and meditation with music and singing. Drop-ins are welcome! Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and water.

Payments accepted are cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and we do bill for self-determination programs. In addition to group classes, there is availability to schedule both private or semi-private yoga sessions. Contact Patty directly for self-determination pricing, options, and scheduling.

Holiday schedule - Please note that no classes will be held 12/24/24 through 1/1/25. Classes resume on 1/2/25.

Journey Through the Chakras Women's Yoga Retreat

Journey Through the Chakras Women’s Yoga Retreat will be held in the beautiful mountains of Crestline in Southern California. All yoga levels and abilities are welcome. The retreat will include: Kundalini yoga, meditation, gong sound healing, Yoga Nidra, and outdoor activities. In addition, a 12 Step group will be available onsite for all of those interested. Camp Paivika has large climate-controlled cabins, sleeping up to 8 per cabin, with adjoining bathrooms and showers. The retreat is your personal getaway! Participate in as many or as few scheduled activities as desired.

The cost is $335 for 2 nights, 6 vegetarian meals, and all retreat activity options. Contact Patty for a registration form.

Yoga Nidra & Gong Meditation

Class begins with gentle stretching to open the body and deepen the breath, followed by Yoga Nidra in a relaxed, reclined posture. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique used to relax the physical, emotional, and mental bodies allowing one to rest in the subconscious mind for healing.  It translates as yoga sleep while maintaining awareness. At the conclusion of the guided meditation, you will drift more deeply into relaxation with a soft gong meditation.
